These Terms of Service govern your use of www.rkminspiration.com, operated by SYMWAIR, s. r. o., the company behind RKM Inspiration. By accessing the Website or placing it in an order, you agree to the following Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Product Type: Print-on-Demand
All products sold on RKM Inspiration are custom-made and produced on demand via our fulfillment partner, Printful. Items are created specifically based on the customer's selection (e.g. size, design, color, etc.).
3. Order and Payment
A legally binding contract is created upon payment confirmation and order acceptance via email.
All prices are in EUR. As SYMWAIR, s. r. o. is not a VAT payer, VAT is not charged or included.
Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering.
4. No Right of Withdrawal (EU Exception)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and §7(6)(c) of Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to “Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”
Since all products are custom-made to your order, you cannot cancel or return the order simply because you changed your mind.
5. Claims for Defective, Damaged, or Lost Items
If your order is:
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Damaged during shipping
- Lost in transit
You must notify us within 20 days of delivery (or 20 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages).
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you, if the problem is confirmed to be a fulfillment or shipping error.
Please send claims to art(at)symwair.com, including your order number and photos (if applicable).
6. Returns and Fulfillment
Returns are processed through Printful's default return facility. You will be notified when the item is received.
Unclaimed returns are stored for 30 days and may then be donated to charity or discarded.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you are responsible for reshipping costs once the address is correct.
7. Voluntary Returns Not Accepted
Due to the custom nature of all items, we do not accept voluntary returns for reasons such as incorrect size ordered, change of mind, or aesthetic preferences.
Please double-check your selections before placing your order.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased item.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
