A: We offer unique, inspirational apparel and accessories designed by RKM Inspiration and printed on-demand by Printful. Each piece is crafted with meaning to inspire faith, love, and positivity.

Q: How are your products made?
A: All items are made-to-order through our trusted print partner, Printful. This means your product is created just for you once you place an order—no mass production, less waste, more love.

Q: Where are the products made and shipped from?
A: Printful has production and fulfillment centers in the US, Europe, and other regions. Your order will be fulfilled at the closest location to you to ensure faster delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location but usually range from:

  • 3–7 business days within the US
  • 5–10 business days in Europe
  • 7–21 business days internationally

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your item’s journey.

Payments & Pricing

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods depending on your location.

Q: Are there any extra fees or customs charges?
A: Some international orders may be subject to customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your local customs office for more details.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Since all products are made-to-order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, etc.). However, if your item is damaged or there’s a print issue, we’ll gladly replace it.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Customization & Sizing

Q: Can I request a custom design or quote on a product?
A: Currently, we don’t offer custom orders. However, we love hearing your ideas! Reach out and we may incorporate your suggestion into a future design.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit. Please refer to it before ordering, as sizes may vary by item.
